I’ll add that to my mindset cause I know it’s starts in my mind first and then to just act immediately

I just need to start doing it like get up and do it if I don’t it won’t get done

Mainly thinking “ I’ll start clean this day “ or I can do this on another day . I’m always waiting for the perfect moment ya know ?

I think it’s my get up and go . Like I’ll have it all planned out then literally do the opposite 😭 it’s so bad
