I always thought they were sus.

There is also a scale of privilege.

That scale tilts extremely in the favor of those who already have things going for them.

If you are not trying to survive every day it is easier to wear a smile or answer questions confidently.

These are just thoughts I have when I deal with Bull Shit at work.

To enter into those you have to prove your worth.

That is how the capitalistic system works.

If you have no value you do not deserve a good workplace.

So then you are taken advantage of in the toxic workplace in order to prove how valuable you are.

Sure there is a scale of luck in it all...
