Ok maybe not “no recession” but actual cyclical economy and labor market. Long GFC tail, covid stim, full employment, SV FAANG turned into AI boom and economy has been the stock market? Coupled with structural low housing stock? Just weird conditions or real firm changes?

Real q; I haven’t seen a thorough analysis of why we haven’t had a recession and been going through typical business cycles like we learned about in school. Too many big exogenous shocks and big govt intervention? Old (pre gfc/ covid / mmt) models don’t work? What’s going on big picture?
