I haven't been referencing particular breeds for these sketches, but you're right, this lady does have some jersey/brown swiss vibes with the dark face and light around the eyes

Thank you - these in particular were not from life (though I did use photo reference for most of them) but I worked at a petting zoo one summer and spent many an hour sketching cows, goats, donkeys and ponies. Highly recommend it if you want to learn to draw ungulates!
