#immigration experts: if the new administration’s plan is to target even mixed-status households, do you know of any plans to suspend family-based immigration rules? What are you hearing?

Have any immigration activists heard any plans for the new administration to cancel the DOJ’s registration and accreditation program that allows non-profits to provide no-cost #immigration legal services?

In my worldview, it matters if a man nominated to assume a position of power has mistreated, or worse abused, women. They have disqualified themselves. Blame my worldview on having been raised by a father who was an officer (colonel) AND a gentleman (and the kindest man I have ever known); or blame

I’m beginning to feel a sense of calm, clear resolve come over me. Being on #bluesky —free of misinformation, harassment, and nastiness—has helped. Preaching against Christian nationalism has helped. Teaching religious tolerance to college students has helped. Resolve and resistance taking root.
