ok I get this but I was out the chart for 2 weeks. do zero promotion and now back in at a higher place than when people were voting .. how does it work I am confused and its the 2nd time this has happened

thanks for letting me know. a couple of weeks ago I was at #54 people voted .. I disappeared then 2 weeks later am at 29 when no one was voting. so have been a bit confused.
