sigh...I wedged cardboard in between my bins two days ago...i think the essential issue is the shape of these bins has no relationship to the shape of most flattened cardboard. So you got to do quite a bit of work to cut the cardboard up or fold it up and stuff it in.

yes...but he was saying people would use it as an excuse to dodge enforcement and say "I forgot my receipt"..regardless they are phasing out change. (there are still physical change machines for SBS receipts! are they gonna ditch those too?)

janno mentioned it in an interview…they have to phase out change next year before they can do pop.

iirc normal buses are still going to allow people to pay with change. Which means you can’t do POP because there’s no receipt.
