this year wasn’t without its horrors, but life moves forward, and so do we. I know my community will continue to fight that darkness and bring light and love. To my friends, family, loved ones, and chosen family: thank you for the light you brought into my life.

I took my first solo trip to NYC and rediscovered childlike joy riding hundreds of miles on my new e-bike around Monroe County. I released a new album with my talented friend Madeiro and welcomed adorable new cats into my life. I’m endlessly grateful for the love and light I experienced this year.

I let go of what no longer belonged, nurtured meaningful friendships, and embraced new ones. 2024 also saw me perform more than ever, and the universe seemed to welcome me to new places, people, and experiences. I attended my first major festival (Bonnaroo!) and went on multiple tours.

That eye-opening journey deepened my love for music and connection. I can’t wait to do it all again in a month. In March, I turned 30—a milestone that felt significant even if I’m still figuring out why. This year brought clarity about what’s truly important and what’s not.

I find peace believing his energy still exists somewhere in the universe. I hope he’s in a better place. Shortly after his passing, I embarked on my first major road trip, exploring the southern states. Touring through Maryland, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Tennessee
