There are fewer cattle being raised in the US (drought and other reasons), and decreased imports (due to tariffs and other restrictions), combined with increasing demand by US consumers. Perfect storm of supply and demand.

I remember one morning I went to McDonald’s, ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin, and they told me they were out of round eggs, and they only had square eggs. My brain short circuited.

I’ve gotten in the habit of checking the internet to see if I need to stay through the credits. It was a good scene, and a brief teaser of what I’m sure will be the plot of Zootopia 3.
