One of my favorite songs from one of my favorite bands. Fountains on Fire from Elysian Fields.

When I'm 70 I'm going to send my grandkids cringey boomerslop like this. They'll be like wow we thought grandpa was just a guy in his basement with a HO-scale model train layout, but actually he's a super badass with a skull mask.

Guys, I support the cause (educating veterans) but tonight's event was an unmitigated partisan shit show, a self indulgent crank sesh of record. There was no need to drag MAGA talking points into a veteran's event. I will not be returning.

Recent events have me thinking of a half finished novel I wrote nearly a decade ago. It's a Punisher/Mack Bolan type vigilante story about two former SOF guys targeting what is a thinly veiled Jeff Epstein network. It's the darkest book I've written and I stopped for a couple of reasons.

Man, this author's page has mad sex appeal.

That's my last issue. Like much of legacy media they are struggling to write anything relevant, or even readable, by an adult. Unprepared to deal with shifting historical realities, siloed off, and isolated. Leaning on lessons from the Peloponnesian War because there is no new thought.

I'm sorry to do a whataboutism, but the press can't normalize a fascist cult and then expect me to freak out because some young guy wants to open government subsidized grocery stores. That math there just doesn't compute for me.

I'd be lying if I said I'm not enjoying all the meltdowns.

I'm fucking dying here it's just page after page of this.

Jesus this book is tedious. The authors like to explain everything through little made up fables and fictional dialog between anthropomorphized characters. Just skipping page after page of nonsense writing.

I regretfully inform you that we are now apparently using AI to sex up photographs of deceased service members for maximum likes, little heart shapes, and shares.

What the grift is this bullshit showing up in my mailbox? I would love to know which shit head company sold my mailing address to them. This isn't like some family running a gofundme to pay for a funeral, it's a depraved attempt to cash in.
