So some huge fire happened outside while a violin played fiercely and that's pretty much how I know I don't care anymore about this movie. Patrick Stewart was absolutely shafted in this role

Patrick Stewart nearly fell to his death. Medical elevator mentions some connection to the gun/orchestra elevator. The laid off dude is Patrick's son. Was this supposed to be an attempt at Love Actually? And how is this only 30 minutes in?
