yeah i can relate. its easier to quit everything thats tied in together than to try and tease it apart.

i quit because it became a crutch for me. it became the only way i could feel "normal" and it got in the way of me really motivating myself to change for the better.

that said, i think that was a me problem. if others wanna smoke then more power to em.

good luck with it! ive quit and restarted and requit both pot and cigarettes mutlitple times so i absolutely get it.

unsolicited advice from someone who quit: wear a rubber band on your wrist. whenever you start to lose yourself in your cravings, pull the band back really far and let it snap the hell out of your wrist. it wont cure the cravings but itll snap your mind out of that cravings spiral for a moment.
