Northern states know how to deal with the damage Ice causes. First you make sure your own streets are free and clear and there's no disruption of power.
Then you send as many trucks and men as is needed to any states in need.

AI just reduces things to like probable math problems. "What must each of these pixels look like to make a convincing image or frame?" ...Wouldn't that mean that 144p would be simpler to solve for than 1080p?

I will be honest? AI designers are doing this shit so fucking ineffectively? Because they should actually be figuring out how to do this all with lower rez stuff and then iterate their way UP. But they don't.

3: Only so many ways it can go. Basically it's predictive. There's only so many ways a phoneme can be pronounced or sound, and those are related to the sounds before it. Meaning it's easier to figure out "okay here are the ways this voice can sound, and the previous syllable helps guide".

The speaker is using specific oratory styles or vocal patterns. Giving speeches or in like early 20th century stuff, trying to work past limits of the recording media (singing direct into a horn), or because that's how they talk.
