Hell, I was full on cancer/cardiomyopathy/pneumonia/sepsis/jaundice (and one or two activated viruses because why not) and up until hospitalization I was able to walk. I was in a wheelchair for months after that.

We can't tell what someone's mobility needs are just because they can walk sometimes.
