It costs nothing to be kind, but it’s radical to be kind to yourself. Treat yourself as you wish others would treat you. Someone has to do it. Be radical with self compassion and let that overflow to those around you.

Just got out of seeing Parasite in Imax and it's just as exhilarating as the first several times I watched it during it's first run and at home. It's so metaphorical! Is this the greatest film ever made? It very well might be!
