As much as I’d hate to give him any credit for anything, I will say the hurt he’s caused has reminded me that I was a poet once.

Genuine question. Are there other countries that don’t have this level of everyday cruelty? I want to leave but far right extremism seems to be on the rise everywhere. I cannot continue to be subjected to the cruelty every day.
