UK Channel 4 News gives Ukraine a lot of coverage and it's by far the best of the UK's news channels.

Ex corporate server with RAID card, 32Gb RAM and new drives is cheapest and incredibly reliable. Synology are good if you need massive storage and their Apps but a a DS1821 or latest DS1825 fully populated with 8 x 4Tb drives is a lot of money plus it only has 4Gb RAM so that needs expanding too.

Chinese Indonesian dish Babi Pangang, really good if you like crispy pork in a spicy sweet and sour sauce. I always had fried rice (Nasi) with it.

Apparently you have to type ALT + the numbers on the numeric keypad which you may not have on a <14" laptop. Plug a USB UK keyboard in?

Unfortunately not just the OS but most of the Apps and browsers are now "AI Powered". There are ways around it but it's time consuming. Maybe some kind of vigilante App like an AV system could run in the background killing any AI processes. Hopefully someone will come up with a solution.
