I hate the people that used to own our house. Everything they fixed is wrong. Why is there random electrical wiring coming out of the floor? Why did they give up on the drywall behind the sink? 😭😔

We went to a crystal shop and picked out the best stone we could find that reminded us of him. It is a baseball sized chunk of obsidian with an incredibly sharp point. I feel like I should rub it with some coffee grounds and onion skins. It's what he would have done.

He leaves behind his younger cat sister, Laila. She put up with him but loved to curl up next to him and share a sunny window. Just sometimes would turn on him and make him look so sad. He's also the first pet death my kid has had to deal with and remember. Today was really hard for all of us.

I had to put my cat down today. His name was Stingray and he was 18 years old. His favorite activities besides cuddles were fetch and digging through the compost after he opened the baby locked door. I could always tell if he'd gotten in cause he would be so glossy and smell like coffee.

Vintage inspired brown pencil skirt. It's polyester or some other synthetic. The fabric is a warm brown with gold details. My mom made it for my cousin's wedding and my aunt was wearing the same exact thing...

This was the hardest to photograph. But it's a really pretty cream with a pink paisley border print. It needs a nice ribbon to go thru the casing around the neck and tie in a bow. It's basically a tube made out of vintage curtains.

Pink striped poofy skirt. It has a long waist band with three different vintage white buttons, and a small zipper, that can be worn in the front or back. It's not a full circle but still fun to wear and plop down in. It is 100% cotton.

Floor length maxi dress. I believe it is rayon. There is a band of elastic under the boobs. It's a long tube, no slit. It makes boobs look amazing.
