it doesn't have to cost money or a lot of time. you could plan to walk your block or draw stick figures on your wall🩷 i dont typically have a lot to put into my plans but i make them nonetheless. sometimes i plan to throw one piece of trash away the *next* day so its just something i have to do

eat like 200-300 cal 3-5x a day. walking 20k steps should be like 700-900 cal burnt so you're gonna feel hungry when you've already burned through half your tdee without any balance

plan things so you have no choice but to look forward to something - as someone with severe sh/suicidal ideation, it's rlly been my most effective way to not kill myself
