2. The code
3. Model architecture
4. Model weights.
DeepSeek only gives 3, 4. And I'll see the day that anyone gives us #1 without being forced to do so, because all of them are stealing data.

I think good games are made with the accessibility of assets and some level of freedom. But they do miss curatorial thinking in their platform. Is so hard to find good quality and most of the games use the same platform and free assets the 3D elements don't have the same language, breaking immersion
This might be controversial but I do think that Nintendo should exercise some base line quality control on the eShop. Genuinely very well made games like Grapple Dogs are routinely buried under a weekly avalanche of absolute trash churned out in bad faith. They need to regain control of it.
