I worry for what the future holds for future generations to come. The orange buffoon certainly and clearly isn’t fond of the idea of having educated Americans in this country.

ROTC is a solid option for sure.

Could not agree more. I think there needs to be more paths paved for trade schools for various career fields accessible to women and to everyone else. Affordability is crucial.

It’s really disheartening. My youngest brother is a high school sophomore, and I worry so much for his present and future in education. My second youngest brother actually wants to go to nursing school, and I’m just as worried for him. This has never happened here before. Absolutely insane.

Ultimately, students pay the price when these systems don’t work well.

The negative effects may not be immediate, but they will harm student learning in the long run.

The restructuring also risks disrupting how funding and services reach schools. And shifting responsibilities to the already underfunded Department of Labor could delay these programs even further.

These changes would increase - not reduce - bureaucracy and slow down the processing and distribution of essential education funding. Transferring programs to agencies with no expertise in education will only make them operate less effectively.
