May we approach intentional anger expression as a politicized, transformative justice practice such that we can navigate conflict, boundaries, and rupture in more loving and less harmful and hurtful ways.

Anger expression is not inherently violent, and we can practice consensual, structured, more connecting forms of anger expression as a skill that can be learned and practiced.

Anger is a liberatory mobilizer that can empower us to take action for interpersonal and collective change. And as powerful as it is, it wants to be expressed and released.
