In simple words if I have to say about service mesh then I would say "let infrastructure handle communication, so developers focus on business logic."

Just published my latest blog covering Kubernetes autoscaling concepts - HPA, VPA, and KEDA

Planning a deep dive series on each topic with hands-on implementations next!

Dude, I was over here smashing 'helm install' like a madman for hours, thinking my ISP is cursed or something. Turns out Azure is the one throwing a tantrum.. whole thing down from DNS mess. Did anybody noticed?

KEDA scales your pods based on events, Karpenter provisions nodes to fit them. queue surge hits → KEDA spins up 20 replicas → Karpenter adds nodes so they actually run. they are not competing, they complement each other.

Before open source: git add, commit, push!!
After open source: git checkout upstream, merge, squash, rebase, pray nothing breaks!!😵

Went from thinking I knew git to realizing I knew like 3% of git. Humbling experience tbh.

Shoutout to maintainer who patiently explain why my 47 commits should be 1

3 months into k8gb contributions and the learning curve is wild. open source hits different when maintainers actually want to help you grow.

coffee chats anyone? looking for mentors and good conversations about k8s, code, whatever...
