Someone should start a Go Fund Me that helps buy up a couple thousand pocket constitutions that can be a) given to observers and protestors and b) they can hand them out to ICE agents. And maybe some Bill of Rights protest signs...

I mean 4 or 5 dozen more shootings and democratic leadership might finally ditch the strong shrug and instead graduate to a tsk-tsk, a public frown, and a "we're looking into it - probably about 2 weeks before the midterms"

We can tell this because lets face it, ICE are no Schutzstaffel - at least not yet. No uniformity, no real training, no discipline, its just a paid unruly mob given vague instructions and the impression they will be pardoned if they get caught.
