Tl;dr - Social media bad. Static website good. The better quality artists dont post complete pieces once a week, so why should I also force myself to post once a week?

Use references. Forever.

There will never be a time in your art journey where you will not use references. If you don't know what a thing looks like (even if you do) look up the thing, break it down into basic shapes (see point #1) and then recontextualize it into your art. EVERYONE USES REFS!

He was a kind soul. I also have something from him, despite being from the other side of the world. He got me an SSD to help me load games. I kept everything from that package that he sent.

I wish we had more time, or even had the chance to meet. But that SSD is as close as I can get. I miss him.
