This was a good question!! I made another plot to answer and quote posted so I could have the answer on my page too!

In the second analysis in my video each card weighted by it's inclusion rate. While not a perfect measure, there is a strong correlation between playability and how often a card is put into commander deck lists so I do think this is addressed a bit in the video!
