Don't be stuck with one programming language, break out of your cocoon and explore new things.
As someone who works like 13 hours a day in a really high population country, Population is a curse. If some politician says that low population is bad, it basically means you're not easily replaceable.

Americans are actually stupid aren't they?
Self proclaimed No.1.

Their system is basically a free-for-all, citizens-on-their-own kinda nomad's land.

If the US doesn't try to censor their internal politics in the upcoming future, this will be a great educational content.

Twitter/X is such a mess. Musk owns a social media platform and works with the government to push his own narrative.

Now every report claim "Elon Musk accuses: Zelensky killed Journalist"

Where's the proof? You can't just quote a random CEO's whimsical tweet as a credible source!

#AsahiLinux drama & Linus response clearly shows that they aren't really serious about accepting Rust in the Linux kernel. I can understand that it's a burden to have different languages in a kernel codebase. Especially interfacing it with C and vice versa.

Diversity Hiring ends in the USA. All the giant companies that were woke are now quietly diversity firing because hiring should've never been only about other variables. It should've been about skills and only skills.

By reserving slots for a specific group, companies just...

I love how twitter keeps sending notifications to me for people I don't follow nor has anything common in the subjects I follow.

The Helix Editor is amazing. I wanted to learn. I almost learned vim. The mental gymnastics required to know where what will happen was hard.

Heard about Helix. It's awesome.

Learning Rust Diligently.

I'm getting the hang of rust-book.cs.brown.edu.

Everything is a subscription now. How do people survive when they have to pay monthly bills for every little thing?

On top of that, I have to watch the ads too as if my time is insignificant.

I get why people choose to pirate things.

I have a fairly popular laptop. Lenovo Legion Slim 5. Installed Fedora Linux. Connected 3.5mm jack.

Constant tick tick noise when recording through the headset's in-line mic.

I have no idea where I should ask for help. Asked on forums. No solutions...

My observations...

If you haven't watched Arcane: The series from League of Legends guys, You should. It's amazing.

You don't need to know anything about the game. It's standalone.

I want to learn Rust but every time I read it. End to Borrow checker part. And it's so weird and complicated that I lose interest. The Rust Language's experimental book does a worse job than the main book when it comes to explaining borrow checking.

#BlueSky is open source. But is it decentralised? What is the monetization plan? Who pays for the servers? If monetization is introduced, then will it still be kept open source?
