One thing I miss about Twitter is I can @ a company when I am displeased with their service and get it taken care of. I don’t know who over at Uber decided to not have a customer service number and have us rely solely on chat bots.

I’m trying to understand why a reseller is selling a bag over the retail price when you can just go to the actual website and purchase it😒🤔

I see why Saks filed for chapter 11. There’s nothing there. Everything you would want is out of stock or they don’t carry. I really wish AMEX would drop them and go to Nordstrom.

Even with a Rocky start, I secured my Bruno Mars tickets because I didn’t have to fight resellers thanks to the “no refunds, no transfers, no alternate pick ups” policy. I need all the other artist to do the same.
