This illustrates something people who never worked in Ops will find counter-intuitive: that HA and DR are *always* at odds with each other, because HA requires, like you say, lots of finely tuned machinery to provide that close-to-zero downtime, whereas DR lives off scrapes and thin air...

Because for Windows folks, "PowerShell" is what they know, the executable is called "powershell.exe" - reserving "PowerShell" for pwsh would be precision at the cost of losing your audience.

If only it was so easy. When talking to a bunch of people unfamiliar with these nuances, I have yet to come up with a better way to distinguish between the two. In writing, you can use "Cross-Platfrom PowerShell" or "PowerShell 6 or 7", but in spoken language? "Core" just nails it.

Try publishing it in a scientific paper. This will trigger a peer review, and if that works out, you can name the thing after yourself and patent it. If it doesn't and your math wasn't right after all despite looking good on paper, you avoid doing your users a disservice.
