No, it is not. But it's what we are getting. We are at a crossroads. What we all do now matters. This is the perfect time to practice creative problem-solving. This isn't a movie, tend to your garden, and start local if you want to make a difference.

People arent having it with #ICE, and rightly so. We deserve safer streets. Im not even been trying to be extra when I say we have a secret police institution. Look it up, if #ICE was its own individual military, it would be in the top 13th most wellfunded militaries in the world. No reason for that

Now we decide who we want to be going forward, and how long we will collectively allow this ever escalating nightmare to last. I have hope we can prevent the worst, but we will need all of our resolve & engagement. We have no clue what will happen in 3 years. The upcoming mid terms are our critical.

This is a video I think every American could benefit from hearing. A perspective on US politics from a German citizen, who previously lived here before fleeing due to concerns over our slide into fascism. Our political system is captured. We stand at a cross roads, under a new age of technology.

Now we decide who we want to be going forward, and how long we will collectively allow this ever escalating nightmare to last. I have hope we can prevent the worst, but we will need all of our resolve & engagement. We have no clue what will happen in 3 years. The upcoming mid terms are our critical.

Things are going to get worse, before they get better. We watched our democracy slow-burn into to ground. Our #RepublicanParty #SoldUsOut. Our #AgingDemocraticLeadership doesn't know how to meet this moment. #ConnectWithYourCommunity, because when all else fails. #AllWeHaveIsEachOther. 🇺🇲🗽🐸

Our legal system has been subverted. It's only going to get worse as we move forward. It'll be a miracle if we make it through the next 3 years relatively unscathed, and even longer for properly healing and repairing.

There are some I've talked to who expressed confusion around why Trumps 2nd term has been so different from his 1st term. We are watching them #Purge all the quiet #PublicServants who #would've held them accountable. They are trying to build something new & horrific. We are watching them do it. 🗽🐸
