I'm trying to get to the stairs but each time I'm blocked by the dogs or they corner me so I can't move
I only managed to get to them one time but then panicked and died orz

but its very heavy
especially the commissariat scene it was so awful i wanted to throw up

to add to this the priest was very captivating, could feel his anguish and struggle through the screen, the sorrow in his eyes, his frail posture that goes weaker as the movie advances

and apparently bresson has a very distinct style (havent watched enough movies to have an understanding but yeah it is quite special, the actors are barely acting for one), i'll have to watch more of his stuff but maybe in a little while because they are not the most digestible to say the least
