I guess if I asked I'd have to hear something weird about how two people who have lived together since chidlhood have mutually groomed each other and that's why it's an unhealthy thing or something, I don't know.

I have many siblings and I can't really understand incest either in a serious sense or as a fetish but it's really the least harmful thing ever both in fiction and reality as long as nobody involved reproduces. The only reason it's considered so terrible is because it's such a deep taboo
