They all pay attention to the apps. I started writing an explicit note directing them not to use the app for deliveries. Your neighbour might have to do the same.

Could be that the delivery person is paying attention to an app, not their actual surroundings.
Google maps tells drivers that my place is accessible from a road (urban highway) that is not where I live, and includes a 30m walk up a steep wooded hill that has a locked chain link fence at the top.
