Yeah chances are it’s a bit of both - I should probably go for a formal diagnosis but not sure it’d make much of a difference beyond just being aware of it lol

He’s being surprisingly good - usually when I lie down with him he just licks uncontrollably, so it was nice to chill with the little guy ☺️

Doesn’t help too that the algorithm feeds me gigantic muscled gods that I can’t achieve without chemical enhancements but my brain thinks is normal

Yeah, I think I just got there and it became the new baseline - more data like that is always on a knife edge of good vs dangerous with me

I was pretty consistently sitting at 9% for a good 6 months but looking back it was a bit too thin
11% is still super low but feeling temporarily happy with the me in the mirror 😌
