Let’s all try to be excellent to each other here.
I wonder where they might work here

Connecting the jobs at Little Island to the residential population in Mahon?

Added to which I doubt the economics stack up for an airport of 2 million passengers. The country’s third largest airport when there’s an inadequate bus service to the second. Money spent on that link is money spent not adding Navan, lettekenny, Youghal etc. to the network.

Everything outside Dublin is rural. Yet 10% of the country’s population lives in the regional cities.

It’s probably equally infuriating for people who live in Kiltiernan, Oldstown, The Naul, Ballyboughal who get lumped in with urban voters despite having rural concerns.

Aside from the name error they should also know that male life expectancy in the US is third world. It’s 81.1 in Ireland and I suspect close in the UK where Keith lives. It’s when can’t take the bragging over their own coming seriously.

Because of my job I frequently get set up on client IT networks and with an email as part of that.

I’m fucked if I can remember every email address I’ve had in the last 5 years.

His career record is one of failing upwards. So many bad decisions and missteps and dumb things said and there’s never any accountability.

And let’s face it. Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg weren’t even millionaires when we were young.

Looks like a half arsed job anyway

That hardly covers the land acquisition costs even if they can pull a strike that lets it be built in agricultural land.

My grandmother suffered from vascular dementia before she died. I see a LOT of parallels.

Except that she was a good person underneath it all.

Winds have been comfortably within limits for a good while. If it was a crew hours situation they must have known before takeoff. Surely a medical diversion.

Birth rate would make you expect it to rise. While there are other factors like inward and outward migration, the UK had between 668K and 748K births every year from 1997 to 2007 (the new voter cohort. Since 2015 in only one year (2020) has the number of deaths (689K) exceeded the lowest birth year

No. It’s this part.

Not being very legally literate, why is one branch of X a plaintiff and another a defendant?

I feel it’s better than send us a donation to our privately owned commercial operation.

You’d want to be a charity or
Maybe a co-op to get a donation.

Are Russia strong enough to overrun the continent, probably not.

Are they strong enough to overrun Lithuania because they ‘need’ a land bridge to Königsberg (sound familiar?)? Probably.

And just as we got Brexit solidarity, the Baltics deserve existential solidarity.

I will also ignore policies I don’t find in tune with my general views

See
- Denmark with immigration
- The Netherlands with workfare
- Finland with prisoner labour

My point is that on state visits it’s often used.

There’s a broader question of whether Merz should be there in light of the ICC, but a national leader including the EU flag is not uncommon.

Micheál Martin in Japan last summer. It’s not that unusual

Might have to expand the image to see the EU flag due to cropping.

I stopped reading them ages ago. It’s just an aggregating service that writes what’s written elsewhere in more sensational ways. If the source material is propaganda it is just assumed as correct.

The biggest nerve though was asking for financial donations to a commercial operation.

A few weeks ago I was doing the unusual journey for me of the 203 from Blackpool to Turners Cross. If we had 90 minute fares, I’d have got off after crossing the river and the lakes to South Mall to see if a 206 or another 203 was leaving. Worst case I may have ended up in the bus I was on.

Why not put a formal 3t weight limit on it? Then drivers who ignore it face consequences.

Murphy, Martin and Ross look a bit like what you get if you keep adding 20 years to the same person.

Isn’t that exactly what Finland got after they invaded in 1939?
