🫂 yup. for me it wasn't the idea that i was Lesser for needing help. it was the idea that other people needed MORE help than me. i thought: there are people without limbs, paralyzed folks, blind folks, what do i Need Help for? i still struggle sometimes with the idea, but it gets better over time

i am disabled too and i fully understand. there is a certain Feeling that comes with finally admitting you need help
