Some last minute tips and advice before the big day tomorrow!

✨FNNY: Final pre-event notes✨ Furry Not New Years is less than a week away and we are super excited, we wanted to relay a few final pieces of information to everyone coming. 🎉 • TICKETS & ID: 🎟 You MUST bring valid, government-issued photo ID, and the name on it MUST match the name on your ticket when ordered from Eventbrite. Please have the QR code for your ticket ready to be scanned either on the Eventbrite app, or from the email. For answers to other ID questions, please check the previous announcement. • Doors & Queuing:🚪 Door will start opening at 6pm, this year there is a lot of you, so this may take some time. Please have your tickets and ID ready, organise yourselves into an orderly queue and listen to any additional staff instructions on the night in order to ensure everyone gets inside quickly, safely and stress free. If you arrive after 6, there will still be staff checking tickets at the door so there is no rush on arrival time. If you find yourself outside the FNNY venue, but unable to queue for various reasons? Please find a volunteer (marked by their YELLOW lanyards or IF high Vis vests) and let them know! • Food: 🍻🍖🥟 Finger food is available on the night but please eat a proper meal before getting to FNNY. Water will always be available from the bar. • Fursuit Storage & Lounge: 🧳 The fursuit lounge is limited in space so please consider how you will be packing your suit and opt for a collapsible (and recognisable) rather than hard-case suitcase to free up space for others while you are suiting. Volunteers may move bags to ensure safety and space. There is a fursuit lounge area for changing. It will have water, straws and salty snacks for suiters. The lounge is for fursuiters and handlers only. • DJ Sets & Fursuit Group Photo: 🎶📸 DJ's will be begin playing music at 6:30pm with a break after every set. For more info on our amazing DJs please check the previous post. Music volume may vary throughout the bar, please feel free to bring concert earplugs if you are sensitive to sound when overwhelmed. The fursuit group photo will happen at 10pm so please suit up beforehand to prevent a rush in the fursuit lounge. • Final Notes: 📓 As you enjoy your time at FNNY, please remember to drink responsibly. Stay hydrated, know your limits, and always be mindful of those around you. It's also important to stay aware of your drinks and never leave them unattended. Please do not attach stickers around the venue, put them on our sticker wall instead 🌠 If you encounter any issues throughout the night, our team are ready to help. You can reach out to the bar staff, Admins (yellow lanyards) or volunteers (IF high vis vests). There is a zero tolerance policy for antisocial behaviour or harassment of any kind.

🏳️‍🌈 Dublin Pride Parade! 🏳️‍🌈 We are returning to Dublin Pride for 2025, this time with a host of new and exciting changes! Our organisation team is much larger, and we’re also implementing a registration system. Check out the registration link at the bottom so you can get a wristband! You will need a wristband to join the parade. Every furry is welcome be they a member of the LBGTQ+ community or an ally. ⏰ When: Saturday, 28th June, 11:00 📍Where: Wolfe Tone Park: Directions 🏳️‍🌈 Pride Team : @Yukon03, @NinTheNoodle, @Yasokiii, @addiepup, @Laghairt, @yuki_not_cutie 🎨 Artists: We also have artist leads this year! @MutleyArts, @olivvmoss and @microwavedog 🐱 Fursuits: Definitely, but not required! We heavily advise partial suits instead of fullsuits. Parades can get hot or rainy, so please check the weather. Feetpaws are not advised due to the distance, dirt and risk of slipping! Please try and organise a handler. Please Note: You will need a wristband to be in the parade. Wristbands will be going to people that have registered: Link to registration form There is also a telegram group chat if you're interested: Join here We will be first meeting in Wolfe Tone Park.
