When institutions fail, bad people amass unaccountable power. Most of the time, people who are both toxic enough to do this and ambitious enough to want to do this are....weird people. It's both.

It has great functions but for me its main use is psychological. It doesn't feel as "published" as Word, so much easier to draft in. But also just very good for bundling the different parts of a project.
