Last month, IRAP President Sharif Aly joined 17 other @rcusa.bsky.social member orgs to send President Trump a letter urging his administration to abandon its efforts to undermine international refugee law and treaties:

From June 2024-June 2025, ca. 46% of respondents from the Americas reported experiencing an environmental disaster in their country of origin, 54% reported environmental challenges during transit, and 28% experienced both.
