As I approached, I realized that it was Puya. The image of Puya's blood-covered face, as his body was carried on the shoulders of the crowd, is the last memory I have of him. Bakhtiari was fatally shot by security officials on November 16, 2019, on Rezvan Boulevard in Phase 4 of Mehrshahr, Karaj.
