Even with meds, I'm working twice as hard* as most people to appear merely disorganised.

*I have no idea how much harder really.

I was diagnosed last year, and while meds helped, what they really did for me was created space where I could learn better EF skills and adapt what I've always done to work better.

I've always been a very organised person, and even better now, but you'd never guess it...
