It’s worth it to prevent another buyout by Paramount Trump-loving investors. They had promised Trump that they would further revamp CNN for him if they acquired Warner. It’s not as if Paramount would have done anything useful with that money anyway.

As long as Paramount doesn’t acquire it, everything is fine. That decision lies solely between the shareholders and him. No one desires to see Trump’s Paramount acquiring another media outlet, just so Trump can control another news outlet.

It astounds me, or perhaps more accurately,horrifies me, how these Republicans are willing to defend someone who has trampled over the Constitution, sided with Russia over our allies, and is simply a horrible person.History will not be kind to these individuals, neither should we be in the present.
