Yeah I was thinking BPPV (I had it recently) so in that case it might just be sleep issues. Hoping you get the time and peace to have a big reset rest then.

Does it feel worse when looking to one side or the other when laying down?

Usually it's a mix of "staff mismanages it and doesn't really do anything much for it anymore" and "the economy is fucked"

I still have players of that actively tell me to avoid it as much as possible for some reason.
