Sun Belt. Places that went up the fastest in 2020-2022 are getting wrecked.

I also like this post from reddit. I find myself going down rabbit holes more often than I thought (bullish Google) when I see an output that looks off. It has been a really good learning tool checking the sources and figuring out if my info/memory is wrong or the LLMs.

Agreed. The efficiency gains are crazy (its like 5 people working on something). The downside, if I am off, its like 5 people are not working for the day.

Its insane. I don't know how to code period. I gave it what I wanted to accomplish and it gave a whole program that did exactly what I wanted.

Claude + Gemini make competent computer people into experts and experts into computer gods.

Anyone under 45 or so NEEDS to be proficient in these tools.

I had babies. If I am not at work, I am at home.

Just in time for a nasty flu season that people skipped getting a vax for.

I think there is something like 30,000 different zoning jurisdictions and zoning is 24% of the cost of building new housing. Insane.

IMO 3bed /2bath 1400-2000 sqft need to be built without corporate llc's buying them up to rent out.

Other than an economic recession that isn't solved by injecting more capital into the system and actual hard problems are addressed.

I am not sure what can actually be done to materially change the trajectory.

Building more starter level housing is where I would start.

If we are feeling it pretty well above the $136k, the under is getting squished.

Sentiment readings, 24/7 outrage, recent voting results, consumer focused stocks are all saying the same thing for this income/economic portion of society.

Also Gemini rocks. Holy crap:

The obvious reality, no one knows anything and everyone is just making it up as we go along.

Im experiencing the opposite. Regular dudes are calling AI a bubble.

Everyone is afraid of buying or holding "the top".
November 24, 2025 at 4:27 PM
My joke with some truth is short sellers and even longs nonstop calling AI a bubble is preventing it really from becoming this massive 1999/2000 bubble.

When we are getting a dozen .AI companies IPOing every week for 2 years I will officially call it a bubble.

Guy made $100m, book and movie with a paid newsletter. You would think it would be free.

If I ever make $50m let alone $100m I'm deleting the internet forever.
