- Strengthening institutional and technical capacities
- Funding for implementation, not just participation
- Respecting and integrating local knowledge

🔬 Science-based policies are essential, but they must be informed by diverse perspectives and realities. Countries facing limited infrastructure, funding gaps, or insufficient technical expertise cannot be left behind as global decisions are made.
