I am an expert at not a lot. But I try. Used to cook #curry related foods everyday for years. Then as I got older my enthusiasm, like many of my hobbies, was tested ! So tonight I thought damn it, a chicken leg madras curry it will be! Nothing special or clever. Into the oven!

First Post here. Quite a diverse range of interests, both work related (Ionactive) and hobby related. Going to try this out as X is quietly doing my head in ! Will hunt around and see who is here later !
