This is our directory of I2P websites. It only collects active I2P websites, and anyone can submit one. 👀

I2P is the world's first encrypted peer-to-peer network. It started in 2003, originated from the community, had no company, and all nodes in the network were operated by volunteers.

Without I2P, there would be no other peer-to-peer networks.

In 2025, quantum computing finally started to feel less theoretical and more practical.

January 2025: Google’s 105-qubit Willow chip showed steep error reduction and a benchmark beyond classical supercomputers.

Recommended improvements to address I2P weaknesses:

Sphinx format + Cover Traffic: This can combat timing attacks and the Great Firewall (GFW), and protect against anonymity.

BLAKE3: A sufficiently lightweight Proof-of-Work (PoW) solution that can prevent Sybil attacks.

Recommended I2P encryption algorithms:

Kyber + Dilithium: is currently the most suitable quantum-resistant computing scheme for I2P, and it is relatively easy to port.

The I2P ecosystem will soon become more active, with many Android and windows applications developed based on the GO-I2P library emerging. Meanwhile, GO-I2P will soon release a beta version (expected in February next year).

Simply download the Android node from the Google Play Store or the I2P website, then download the I2P extension in your browser, and you can then access websites within the I2P network on your Android device.
