HB 294 poses an unfair risk to the cannabis industry. It forces black & white packaging and font controls to fix an issue that isn’t there. Kids aren’t getting cannabis from dispensaries. Alcohol gets a pass while we get punished. Tell reps this bill will only cause issues.

The only way to fix the hemp/cannabis problem is to decriminalize cannabis and treat the plant as one. Lawmakers split it into “hemp” and “cannabis” based only on THC%, but it’s the same plant with the same compounds. One plant deserves one set of rules.
