Yes, it seems I have visited Bayeux - I took this photo there. My excuse is that I was busy trying to parent (my daughter with disabilities and complex needs) and be mindful as I travelled - I guess I failed

Ok, who am I and what have I done with my body/mind? 5am Sunday morning and I was wide awake - bright eyed and bushy tailed. Out in the garden by 6am - readying it for some pretty hot weather today/tomorrow. The additional birds & birdsong I witnessed was sublime.

Some Aussie style Christmas food - I’ve literally spent hours this morning making dipping sauces from scratch, rice paper rolls & sushi - hubby & kids have fired up the hibachi for their Japanese style meats - I’ve got avocado sushi & rice paper rolls. I hope my family understands this is a gift

Gluten free vegan bread - I made some gf vegan rolls but family devoured them before getting a picture. It’s soft yet crusty deliciousness. I especially love the addition of caraway seeds. I always feel close to my dad when baking seeded bread (he’s passed) I adored seeded rye bread.

Hi Louise, Annamieke had her formal last night. Life is pretty full on, my middle son got Dx with severe hearing loss in one ear, started wearing a hearing aid and is really feeling much better. How are things with you three?
