The world felt especially heavy today, and first day back to work from much needed holiday PTO, familiar weight, lots of moving parts. Pot roast and mashed potatoes felt like the right kind of anchor.

When AI is used for aggregation, tradeoffs, and direction rather than shortcuts, it becomes a thinking partner.
Judgment still leads. AI just helps clarify the path.
